Quality, innovation and “drinkability” through modern interpretation of lagers and ales is a big part of what we do. Bohemian-Style Pilsner

ABV: 5.3% • IBU: 32
One of our most intentional beers. Bohemian-style, with an American twist. Pilsner malt, Sterling hops (the daughter of Saaz and Cascade), properly lagered, at least five weeks production time. Clean, crisp, balanced & refreshing. PILS for the WIN!

Irish Red Ale

ABV: 5.2% • IBU: 20
Forget beer trends, this working class full bodied Irish red ale with a malty profile is the meat & potatoes of beer my friend. Caramel and toffee notes, clean, dry, balanced finish.

Mango IPA

ABV: 6.8% • IBU: 58
Brewed with El Dorado, Mosaic, Amarillo hops & mango. This American IPA is a fan favorite for it’s balance of old and new school styles. Yes you may.

 
 

Origami Tiger

Sake & Rice Lager

ABV: 4.1% • IBU: 18
Light notes of peach, coconut, Pacific Ocean & a crisp dry sake finish. Brewed with sake-lager yeast hybrid, seaweed, rice & Sabro hops.

 
 

Favorite MC Vol. 9

West Coast IPA

ABV: 6.3%

Volume 9 features Simcoe, Meridian & Bravo hops giving this dank clean IPA a sweet berry, floral, herbal tea profile. Crisp and sure to please those hop heads that are looking for something different.

Refreshing easy drinking German-style wheat is straw in color with those beloved banana, spice & bread basket characteristics. Using all local Colorado wheat malt from Root Shoot Malting.

Czech Dark Lager

ABV: 5.9% • IBU: 22
Czech-style dark lager brewed with Pilsner, Munich, Carafa malts and Sterling hops. Toasted bread aroma, notes of dark chocolate, dry and slightly herbal finish. A seasonal favorite.

We put our super vision goggles on to build this big stout recipe featuring four different specialty dark malts, then gave it a nice deep sleep on some delicious toasted and raw coconut.
